Delivering much-needed infrastructure is one of my key priorities for the electorate.
MACQUARIE FIELDS STATION UPGRADE PROJECT
The Macquarie Fields Station upgrade is a major win for our community and comes after many years of advocacy. People in Macquarie Fields have been waiting years for a lift at the station, and I look forward to working with my Parliamentary colleagues to make the station accessible for all.

The upgrade of Macquarie Fields Station has been greenlighted to move to final design and construction with the contract for detailed design and construction awarded to Arenco in November.
Geotechnical and visual investigations are now underway, and work will be ramping up in the new year with site setup and construction.

EDMONDSON PARK HIGH SCHOOL PROJECT
Construction has officially commenced on a long-awaited, brand new high school.
With turning of the first sod for Edmondson Park's new high school, work continues on the Minns Labor Government's commitment to ensure students in Sydney's rapidly-growing South West have access to high quality public education.
The new high school in Edmondson Park, located adjacent to Edmondson Park Public School on Buchan Avenue, will include 37 modern classrooms, three support learning classrooms, and a range of world-class education facilities including science, technology, performing arts, and fitness hubs, a library, canteen, sports field and multi-sports courts and lecture theatre.
It will be ready to open for students on Day 1, Term 1, 2027.
EDMONDSON PARK COMMUTER CAR PARKING
I am delighted to be delivering more commuter car parking in the electorate.
Edmondson Park North Commuter Car Park recently opened to the public, providing an extra 900 spaces. This complements the Edmondson Park South car park and means commuters at Edmondson Park benefit from around 2,000 parking spaces.
This is the result of a hard-fought community campaign over many years to deliver our fair share.
The seven-storey Edmondson Park North Commuter Car Park has adopted world-leading sustainability initiatives.
The new car park will be operated with Transport Park&Ride boom gates which provides up to 18 hours of free parking each day. For more information, visit www.transportnsw.info/parkandride
