My office is able to arrange congratulatory messages for special birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

You will need to provide supporting documentation like a birth certificate or marriage certificate (photocopies of originals are accepted).

If these are not available you can provide a statutory declaration. Statutory declaration forms are available at any post office or can be downloaded here.

To ensure messages arrive in time for the special celebration, three weeks’ notice is needed for processing.
